Erin asks about your business, your current tools, and the spots where work is getting stuck. Take it from your laptop or phone. Bring your honest answers — that's all.
STEP 3 — Get your roadmap (48 hours)
I personally review Erin's notes and write a roadmap built around your specific business. Friction points, quick wins, recommended tools or systems with assumptions, a 4-day quick-start plan, and an implementation menu if you want a build.
STEP 4 — Walkthrough call (30 min)
We talk through the roadmap together and pick what to do first. DIY, request a build from us, look at ClawBox, or pause. The roadmap is yours either way.

Why does Erin run the intake instead of you?
Two reasons. First, Erin can take your call whenever works for you — Tuesday at 9pm, Saturday morning, on a job site. Second, the intake is structured by design: same questions, same depth, every call. That consistency is what makes the roadmap useful. I focus my time on the roadmap itself and the walkthrough — the parts that benefit from judgment.
What if I don't have a real AI use case?
Then you'll get a roadmap that says "you don't have a real AI use case yet." That's a valid outcome. The point of the assessment is to find what's actually worth doing — sometimes the answer is a template, a rule, or fixing a form, not AI.
